The site does not use advertising or visitor-analytics cookies. Only an email address and message are required in the contact form; name, company and service selection are optional. Because the form and email infrastructure are provided by Namecheap, data may be processed on systems outside Türkiye.
1. Data controller
For the purposes of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the data controller is Berkay Doğan, operating under the name Last Minute Creative. Privacy and personal-data requests may be sent to info@lastminutecreative.com.
2. Data handled
- Contact data: email address and, optionally, name and company/brand information.
- Enquiry data: selected services and the content of your message.
- Technical records: records the hosting service may generate, such as IP address, access time, requested page, browser/device information and security logs.
The form is not intended to collect sensitive data. Please do not submit national identity numbers, financial information, health data, passwords or confidential information about another person.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Reviewing a project enquiry, responding to questions and taking requested pre-contract steps: KVKK Article 5/2(c) and, where appropriate, Article 5/2(f).
- Securing the website and form and preventing abuse or spam: KVKK Article 5/2(f).
- Meeting legal duties and establishing, exercising or protecting legal rights: where applicable, KVKK Article 5/2(a), (ç) and (e).
The contact form is not used to subscribe you to newsletters or marketing. If such a feature is added, a separate optional choice will be provided.
4. Collection method
Data is collected directly from you by electronic and partly automated means when you submit the form or access the site.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Form messages may be processed by Namecheap, Inc. and its hosting/email subprocessors to provide website hosting, email delivery and security. Data may also be disclosed to authorised public bodies where a valid legal request applies.
Namecheap is based in the United States and may process data on infrastructure outside Türkiye. Information submitted through the form and technical records may therefore be transferred abroad. This disclosure is not, by itself, a request for explicit consent or an appropriate transfer safeguard; the transfer conditions under KVKK Article 9 apply separately. Do not use the form if you do not want your data processed on infrastructure outside Türkiye.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for no longer than 24 months after the last communication and are then deleted. If a contract is formed, a legal dispute exists or legislation requires a longer period, relevant records may be retained only for the necessary period. Technical logs are kept for security, limited by provider settings and mandatory retention requirements.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose, use and recipients; request correction, deletion or destruction and notification of those actions to recipients; object to an adverse result produced solely by automated processing; and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
Send a request identifying you and the subject of the request to info@lastminutecreative.com. Only information necessary to verify identity may be requested. Requests are answered within the statutory period and no later than 30 days.
8. Changes
If analytics, advertising, embedded content or a new data-collection feature is added, this notice, the cookie policy and any required preference tool will be updated before that feature is enabled.
