1. Site operator
This website is operated by Berkay Doğan under the name Last Minute Creative. Contact: info@lastminutecreative.com.
2. Purpose of the site
The site provides general information about creative services, areas of work, editorial content and selected project experience. It does not sell products or accept online payments. Site content does not by itself constitute a binding offer, price commitment or services agreement. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract; scope, fees, timing and deliverables must be agreed separately in writing.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the site unlawfully; attempt to disrupt its security, operation or access by others; or use the form to submit malicious code, misleading information, spam or unlawful third-party content.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site design, copy, original visuals, animations, code and Last Minute Creative brand elements belong to their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, republished commercially or used to create derivative work without written permission.
Third-party names, logos and other brand elements shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners. Their display identifies the relevant work or experience only and does not transfer ownership to Last Minute Creative.
5. Content and links
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the content current and accurate, but general information is not guaranteed to be complete, continuously available or error-free in every circumstance. Third-party websites are responsible for their own content and practices.
6. Limitation
Subject to mandatory law, liability is not accepted for indirect loss caused by temporary unavailability or decisions based solely on general site information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
